Funny Water           

Funny Water was looking for a partner to lead on all aspects of the their brand design and marketing. We began with an extensive analysis of the beverage space to isolate brand opportunities within an obviously very saturated market.  We worked with the company to define the voice for the beverage, landing on an irreverent, understated yet playful positioning, designed to set the brand in stark contrast to competitiors, all whom seemed to be clamoring loadly for attention on packed store shelves.

We designed the brand from the ground up, developing extensive iterations until we arrived a minimalist, iconic brand, designed to attract attention through an understated, contrarian approach.

We currently serve as the brand's agency-of-record, leading on all elements of their outward communication, including their packaging, website, merchandise design, paid ads and ongoing social media strategy and content. 

I built a brand system and identity from an already existing mark, as well as packaging and initial content for social.
